We use a combination of inputs – basic assessments, targeted goals and a feedforward approach – to activate the coaching process. The coach and client meet throughout the month. Engagements average six months in duration.

While tackling goals is always central to the coaching process, it’s typical and expected that real-time events are brought into session discussions triggering situational coaching dialog. Supplemental resources such as articles, white papers, videos may be used to fortify the development process.
