Larry Baider - Founder

Larry Baider, Founder

Larry has served in a number of HR executive roles and possesses deep expertise in leadership effectiveness, talent management and peak performance. While these domains are universal, he has dedicated his career to the healthcare industry. He embarked on his career journey as a healthcare clinician before transitioning into operator roles, consulting and eventually into the human capital management space.

With his expertise in strategic human capital, he has established talent management solutions for emerging and incumbent leader succession planning, led various cultural transformations and redesigned performance management systems. Under his leadership, his teams earned Chief Learning Office’s Learning Elite designations for leadership development programming.

His graduate level education includes Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Applied Positive Psychology, Strategic Communications & Leadership and is a graduate of an ICF accredited Coach Training Program.

Larry is a regular speaker on the topics of leadership effectiveness, leading transformation and human potential. He is the author of Leadership to the Fifth Power, published in 2007.

He is passionate about “making the workplace a great place to work” and helping organizations build leadership capacity.

Shad is an ACC-accredited Leadership and Lifestyle Coach. Along with Doctoral and Masters degrees in Physical Therapy, Shad has over 30 years of Healthcare experience with 20 years in leadership and executive roles. Shad specializes in working with leaders to build a more empathic, emotionally intelligent leadership style that emphasizes the importance of values and communication as a core for powerful leadership. Shad has a track record of business growth and leadership development from small specialty teams to half-billion-dollar organizations. As a published author and experienced speaker, Shad brings a wealth of knowledge and experience into the emerging market of employee-centered leadership.

Mike Guglielmo, Consultant

Mike is an award-winning Business Executive, HR Leader, and Global Educator, who has excelled as a strategic leader, people motivator, thoughtful disrupter, and problem solver in large and small organizations, as well as the classroom. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director for Executive Programs at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the Department of Management. Mike has received numerous teaching awards, including the 2023 Fox Honors Program Faculty of the Year Award.

Lisa McCann

Lisa McCann, Consultant

Lisa McCann is a value-driven business and technology executive with over 30 years of senior executive experience in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries. As Managing Partner for The Springton Group, LLC, Lisa provides strategic leadership consulting and executive coaching to help leaders of evolving businesses successfully drive transformational change. Through her collaborative approach and facilitation, Lisa guides and develops business leaders through career challenges and transitions. Lisa also currently serves as a Lecturer for the Wharton MBA and Executive and Global MBA programs at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to her work as a strategic consultant, Lisa was a senior executive at The Vanguard Group, where she served as Global head of Vanguard’s Enterprise Shared Services. In this role, she drove strategic technology investments that enabled over 16,000 employees world-wide and more than 20 million clients. Lisa also served in several business leadership roles while at Vanguard, including Client Experience, Corporate Strategy, and Vanguard’s Six Sigma program, driving enterprise-wide process excellence.

Prior to working at Vanguard, Lisa served in multiple leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, CIGNA and Shared Medical Systems (now part of Oracle.)

Lisa is passionate about making our community strong and vibrant and holds several leadership positions in non-profit and community-based organizations. She served as Chair of the PA Advisory Board for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where she is currently serving as the Executive Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the People and Operations Committee, responsible for executive compensation. Lisa also serves as an Executive Board Director for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and is a former founding board member of Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology (PACT), driving innovation and growth for businesses and entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia region. Lisa also served on the Board of Trustees for the Marketing Science Institute (MSI).

Lisa earned her MBA from Villanova University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Shippensburg University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Philadelphia, class of 2010.
